Artoura is an educational, interactive experience that presents a curated timeline of art movements, artists, and notable works, alongside an AI assistant that can answer questions about art history. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

The AI assistant generates responses automatically and may occasionally produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The Artoura name, design, original text, and software are owned by Artoura or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Images, artworks, and historical materials referenced through the Service may be subject to rights held by third parties and are presented for educational and commentary purposes. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Service’s proprietary content without permission.

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, sources, and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party resources, and accessing them is at your own risk.

We aim to collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the Service, including anonymized usage analytics. Messages you submit to the AI assistant may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information through the Service.
